Business Principal

Carol Risting is the President and Business Principal of atelierRISTING. She provides the business leadership for the practice where she oversees the finances, talent, strategy and assists with the business development.

Carol was the vice president and a founder of Administrative Strategies, a certified woman-owned business, where she provided business strategies and solutions to help companies achieve their goals and individuals reach their potential.

Carol’s expertise is understanding people relationships, communication with different personalities and business leadership issues.  As a business strategy/human resource consultant, she partners with all levels of management in developing and implementing strategies that support business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and continuously improve the company’s ability to attract and retain employees and customers.
